Minutes from downtown Boston, Arborpoint at Station Landing is located just off Route 93 at the intersection of Middlesex Fellsway (Route 28) and Revere Beach Parkway (Route 16) in Medford, Massachusetts. From Wellington MBTA Station (Orange Line):
Follow the Skywalk to the parking garage at Station Landing. Once at Station Landing, take the stairs or elevator down to the ground level. Upon exiting the garage, take a right onto Station Landing. The management office is located at 50 Station Landing.
From the North:
Take I-93 south to Exit 31. Turn left onto Route 16 East. Stay straight on Route 16 until you reach Wellington Circle at the intersection of Route 16 and Route 28 (CVS will be on your left and the State Police Station on your right). Proceed through the intersection and turn right into Station Landing. The management office is located at 50 Station Landing.
From the South:
Take I-93 north to Exit 29. At the bottom of the ramp, proceed right onto Route 28 north toward Malden/Everett. Cross over the Mystic River and take a right at the first set of lights onto President’s Landing. Turn left at the first stop sign onto Station Landing. The management office is located at 50 Station Landing.
From the West:
Take the Massachusetts Turnpike east to I-93 north. Follow directions from the south stated above.
